Fee for man-hours spent on your project incl. time for organizing services, briefing you, running errands, etc.

Telephone & Other Communication Charges                                                                                 

Your project is assigned a system number in the telephone and calls we made are booked to this.

Charges like post & courier services will be supported by a bill from the provider.  

Visa Charges                                                                                   

Charges from the consulate will be supported by a bill, add on staff charges for preparing the documents, depending on country bill for invitation document as well as post or mileage (charged at official rate)

A pre-payment is encouraged, otherwise third parties fees will be charged at 3 % handling fee.
